NASHUA 357N 13 mil Nuclear Grade Duct Tape
The Easy Tear Nashua 357 Nuclear version is specifically designed for tearability with gloves, where other tapes would be difficult to tear.

Used to patch, seal, and repair (hopefully not the containment units) applications in nuclear environments such as power plants, and naval yards: Securing gloves to sleeves. Securing boots to pants.
