Merco M90+ Electrical Tape ~ 10 mils Thick U/L Black ~ similar to Scotch® 22
At the risk of killing a sale we are trying to figure out why anyone would need this thick an electrical tape. We offer our all-weather tape in 7-mil (Merco M307), 7-mil colors (M809) and even 8-mil (Merco 85+). Still, 3M sells theirs so we figured we'd give ours a shot too. (But don't tell your 3M rep we are half their price.)
Merco M90+ is a heavy duty, high performance electrical insulation tape. It's high quality PVC film is bonded to an aggressive rubber adhesion and provides good aging qualities. 10 mil thickness offers superior resistance to abrasion and abuse (standard electrical is 7 mil.) Use at temperatures up to 80C .
